First Go To Control Panel Then Open Folder Options

Left Click View

Move Dot To Show hidden files and folders

Uncheck Hide extentions for known file types

Uncheck Hide protected operating systems files (Recommended)

Next You Will See This Warning Below Click Yes

Now Left Click Apply --Then Left Click Ok

At Bottom Of Folder Options

Close Control Panel

Now Right Click Your Start Button

Then Left Click Explorer

That Will Open Up Your Start Menu As You See Below

Mow Go Down To Where You See Cookies And Left Click

The Word Cookies On The Right You Will See The

Index.Dat File As well As A List Of Cookies

Delete all the cookies there but the Index.Dat File Like

Image Below And Click Yes On Confirmation Box

Like Below

If You Try To Delete The Index.Dat File You Will Get A Warning Like

 This Below Click Ok

Next Left Click Local Settings

At Top Of This Web Page Left Click Tools Then Left Click

Internet Options At Bottom Of The Drop down.

At Bottom You Will See Clear History With A # 20

Set The # 20 To # 0 and Click Apply Then Ok

Now Left Click History

Now Right Click The Word Today Then In The Drop Down

Left Click The Word Delete It Will Only Delete The

Content Of The Folder Then Left Click Yes On Box

That Pops Up Asking You To Confirm

Now Left Click The Word Temp As Shown Below All Folders

And Files That Show Up On The Right Side Are All

Temporary Files And Folders And Are Safe To Delete

And Will Not Delete The Original File Or Folder

If A program Is Still Using That File Or Folder

You Will Receave A Warning Like This One Below

Click ok You Will Find Out That The Less Programs You

Have Running The More It Will Allow You To Delete

Remember To Click Yes On Confirmation Box

Now Left Click Messenger Cache And Delete All But The

File You See Below Then Click Yes

Now Left Click My Recent Doucments And On The Right

Highlite And Delete All The Files Or Folders That Have

A Arrow In A Box Beside It And Confirm Deletion

Click Yes

Now In That Folder Left Click Windows And Folder

Will Open As Shown Below

Now On The Right Side Right Click A White Spot Next

To The Slider Bar And A Drop Down Will Show Up Like

Below Left Click Type As Shown Below

Now Be Very Carefull Here We Only Want To Delete

Log Files Like The Ones Highlited Below

By Selecting Sort By Type All The Log Files Will Be Together

As Shown Below Windows Will Not Let You Delete

A log Filr If It Is In Use You Will Receave A Warning

Telling You So And You Must Confirm All You

Want To Delete

Do Not Delete Any Other Files Here Other Than Log Files

Now You Are Still In The Windows Folder Go Down

To The Word pchealth And Left Click It

Then Left Click Helpctr

Now Left Click DataCall On The Right Side You Will See

A Lot Of Files That Say Collecteddata Go Up To Edit

At Top Left Click Edit Then In Drop Down Left Click

Select All Then Go Up To File And Left Click In

Drop Down Left Click Delete And Confirm Click Yes

Now Left Click OflineCache

Then Left click Personal_(number may be different)

On The Right You Will See A Lot Of Files

Left Click Edit Top Of Page Then In Drop Down

Left Click Select All They Will Highlite In Blue

Next Left Click File At Top Of Page In Drop Down

Left Click Delete Confirm Deletion Click yes

Now Go Down A Little Further To The Prefetch Folder

Left Click The Prefetch Folder Then Go To Top Of Page

Left Click Edit Then In Drop down Left Click Select All

Then Go To Top Of Page Left Click File Then Left Click

Delete In Drop Down Confirm Deletion Click Yes

Now Go Down And Laft Click System 32

Now Go down To Wbem The One With A + sign Beside It

And Left Click It

Now Left Click AutoRecover Then Go To Top Of Page

Left Click Edit Then In The Drop Down Left Click Select All

The Files There Will All Highlite In Blue

Now Go To Top Of The Page Left Click File In

Drop Down Left Click Delete Confirm Deletion Click Yes

Now Left Click Logs Go To Top Of Page Left Click Edit

In Drop Down Left Click Select All They Will Highlite

In Blue Now Go To Top Of That Page Left Click File

In Drop Down Left Click Delete Confirm Deletion Click Yes

Ok Now Do Disk Cleanup Then Deftag Your Computer
